Terms of Use

Version 1.0 Β· Effective October 14, 2026

These terms govern access to the website and use of the CX RPM platform. Specific commercial terms for the subscribed plan supplement this document.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing the website, you acknowledge these terms and the Privacy Policy. By submitting a registration, creating an account, checking the acceptance box or continuing to use the platform after the applicable notice, you agree to these terms.

CX RPM is intended for persons with legal capacity and organizations. If acting for a company, you represent that you can bind it. If you do not agree, do not complete registration or use the platform.

Important: acceptance does not waive non-waivable rights under Brazilian law. Material changes will be prominently notified and may require renewed acceptance.

2. Account, users and security

You must provide accurate and current information, protect credentials, use individual accounts, keep permissions current and report suspected unauthorized access. The subscribing organization is responsible for authorized users, submitted content and environment settings.

Administrators may invite, remove and manage users in their tenant. Administrative impersonation, when available and authorized, must be limited to support, audit or security and remain traceable.

3. Service, availability and subscription

CX RPM provides strategy, KPI, target, deviation, cause-analysis, plan, meeting, report, prediction and AI-assisted features. Availability depends on plan, permissions, integrations and product evolution.

Subscriptions may include a base price and charges for additional users under the accepted offer. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by the indicated provider, such as Stripe. Taxes, adjustments, refunds, cancellation and termination effects follow the proposal, checkout and applicable law.

We seek continuous availability, but maintenance, third-party failures, security events or force majeure may interrupt service. Features may change to improve the service, comply with law or protect users while preserving contractual commitments.

4. Permitted use and restrictions

You may use the service for legitimate business purposes within contracted permissions. You may not violate law or rights; access unauthorized data; share credentials; circumvent limits, security or billing; introduce malware; test vulnerabilities without permission; copy or improperly exploit the software; use it for unlawful discrimination; or overload infrastructure.

Third-party integrations and data remain subject to provider terms. Customers must have a lawful basis and authorization for data imported, shared or processed through CX RPM.

5. Content, artificial intelligence and decisions

Customers retain rights in submitted content and grant permissions needed to host, process and display it while delivering the service. ConneXar retains rights in the platform, brand, software, methods, documentation and improvements.

AI features provide analytical support and may generate incomplete or incorrect outputs. Users must validate sources, assumptions, permissions and impact before acting. AI does not replace professional judgment, human approval, or legal, accounting, financial or medical advice.

6. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach or legal requirements, using proportionate measures and notice where possible. Customers may cancel under their plan. After termination, access, export, retention and deletion follow the applicable conditions, law and Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and final provisions

Each party is responsible for harm it causes under law and contract. To the maximum lawful extent, ConneXar is not responsible for unreviewed decisions, third-party outages, customer misuse or incorrect user-supplied data. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Brazilian law governs these terms. Disputes will be heard by the competent court, preserving any consumer venue required by law. Questions may be sent to suporte@connexar.com.br. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver; invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
